By entering Snap, Post & Win Instagram Competition, participants agree to all the Terms and Conditions of same.
C Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the competition.
C Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
C Resorts accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, mobile phones, bugs, video malfunction or other such causes. C Resorts have no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
All decisions made by C Resorts regarding Snap, Post & Win Instagram Competition shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
Prizes are not negotiable.
Competition details
The Instagram competition begins on the 23rd of June 2022 at 10:00 Mauritian time and will end on the 26th of June 2022 at noon.
Participants are asked to share their photo(s) when he/she is at C Kite Festival with Antoine Auriol on Instagram tagging @c_resorts, using #MyCignature & #CKiteFestival
IMPORTANT:
Multiple entries accepted! MariDeal voucher is valid in Mauritius only. Can be redeemed by both resident and non-resident.
Winner announcement & Prizes
The winner will be picked through a draw and will be announced on Sunday 26th during the prize giving ceremony of C Kite Festival with Antoine Auriol at C Mauritius.
Winner’s name and picture will also be shared on our Instagram.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever and is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole. In the absence of a response within the aforementioned period (48 hours), the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize. Another winner will be picked through a second round of the lucky draw.
The winner will have one year from the official announcement to redeem the prize.
Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Rights granted by you
By entering this Competition, you agree that:
C Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your email address, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity) for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Competition exclusions
The 1 night complimentary hotel stay will remain subject to hotel availability & terms and conditions.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and shall be borne by him/her:
-Transfer/flight to the hotel, PCR tests.
-Any additional charges not included in the All-inclusive Package.
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees as well as any partner who worked on this project.
C Resorts reserve the right to disqualify entries that are suspected to be fraudulent.
Participation in the Snap, Post & Win Instagram competition by C Resorts is voluntary.
By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements.
Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
