Terms & Conditions
By participating in #CKiteFestival 2nd Giveaway by C Resorts on Instagram and on Facebook the participant agrees to all the Terms and Conditions of same.
C Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the competition.
C Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
C Resorts accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, mobile phones, bugs, video malfunction or other such causes. C Resorts have no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
All decisions made by C Resorts regarding #CKiteFestival 2nd Giveaway in collaboration with The Kreol Republic, Save a Sail & Helios shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
Prizes are not negotiable.
Competition details
This giveaway is open to Mauritian residents only.

Duration of competition: 4th of July 2023 at 10:00am – 10th of July 2023 at 15:30pm Mauritian time.
Winner announcement & Prizes
Winners will be announced on the 10th of July on Instagram and Facebook. Failure to respond within 24hours, another winner will be chosen through a second round of the lucky draw.
Instagram: Winner will be picked and subsequently notified by C Resorts via Instagram direct message
Facebook: Winner will be picked and notified on their comment.
The prizes cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever and is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole. In the absence of a response within the aforementioned period (24 hours), the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize. Another winner will be picked through a second round of the lucky draw.
Instagram Prize: A branded #CKiteFestival hoodie by Kreol Republic + Save a Sail goodies.
Facebook Prize: 1 day pass for two at C Mauritius during the 2nd edition of #CKiteFestival with Antoine Auriol + 1 C branded sunglasses by Helios.

Rights granted by you
By entering this Competition, you agree that:
C Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your email address, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity) for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Prizes:
Prizes should be collected at C Mauritius hotel.
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees as well as any partner who worked on this project.
C Resorts reserve the right to disqualify entries that are suspected to be fraudulent.
Participation in the #CKiteFestival with Kreol Republic and Save a sail giveaway on Instagram by C Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements.
Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
