Terms & Conditions

By participating in the #CKiteFestival Giveaway 2024 hosted by C Resorts on Instagram, participants agree to all associated Terms and Conditions. C Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter and must be Mauritian residents. 

C Resorts reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions. We accept no responsibility for damage or loss due to misdirected or incomplete entries resulting from computer malfunctions, viruses, mobile phones, bugs, or other such causes. C Resorts is not responsible for any malfunctions, delays, losses, or damages caused by Instagram or its administrators. All decisions made by C Resorts regarding the #CKiteFestival Giveaway 2024 shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence. Prizes are not negotiable. 

Competition details

Duration of competition: 29th May 2024 – 12th June 2024, ending at 15:00 PM Mauritian time. 

Winner Announcement & Prizes 

The winner will be announced on the 14th of June 2024 on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected through a secondary draw. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message.  

The prize, 2 complimentary tickets to the C Kite Festival 2024 Saturday Evening Package (17h-00h, including dinner), cannot be exchanged, sold, or refunded for cash either in part or in whole. If the winner does not respond within the stipulated 24-hour period, they will be considered to have forfeited the prize and another winner will be selected. 

Rights Granted by You 

By entering this Competition, you agree that: C Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your email address, your name, and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity) for future advertising, trade, promotion, and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review, or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules. 

Prizes: 

Prizes may be mailed or collected at C Mauritius hotel. 

This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees as well as any partner who worked on this project. C Resorts reserves the right to disqualify entries that are suspected to be fraudulent. 

Participation in the #CKiteFestival Giveaway 2024 on Instagram by C Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
